Admin Assistant Job Description

We’re hiring a proactive, friendly, and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep the office behind our growing remodeling company running smoothly.


As an Admin Assistant at Ealy Construction, you’ll be in charge of:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to client emails with a friendly, positive demeanor.

  • Managing scheduling and setting up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

  • Assisting our general manager and designer with preparing residential remodeling proposals, sales presentations, and process documentation.

  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to collect material specs and order project materials.

  • Handling basic accounting tasks such as sending invoices to clients and helping our bookkeeper organize project receipts.

  • Maintaining the office by ordering office supplies and keeping the office tidy and presentable.

  • Organizing project files and documents through our online CRM platform, making sure that team members can find important information when needed.

What skills do I need?

  • 2+ years of office experience, ideally as an office assistant or receptionist role.

  • Kind, friendly, personable demeanor. We love working with positive people. So do our clients.

  • Well spoken and able to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

  • Proactive and helpful personality. If you notice a problem and start thinking about how you can fix it, you’ll fit in well.

  • Detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Tech savvy and proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but is not required.

What will my compensation be?

  • $20/hr+, commensurate with experience.
