Join us on July 26th for an afternoon of food, drinks, and design inspiration! The Ealy Construction Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour through seven beautifully remodeled homes in Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID.
This is your chance to see today's top remodeling trends in a variety of projects – from a spacious new master suite to modern kitchens and even an expansive outdoor entertaining patio. Whether you’re dreaming of your own remodel or simply love exploring great home design, we welcome you to come get inspired.
During the tour, each home will have design drawings and before-and-after photos on display so you can appreciate the transformation and get insight into how each project came together. We’ll have light snacks and refreshments at every stop to keep you energized. As you visit each home, you can vote for your favorite project and fill out a quick survey to receive your own free remodel consultation. Our friendly remodeling team will be present to answer any of your questions about each project.
Finally, the tour wraps up at home #7, where we’ll host an after-event gathering for an opportunity to chat with our designers and project managers about any questions or ideas you have.

Pullman homes open from 1:00–3:00 PM (Homes #1–#4)
Moscow homes open from 3:30–5:00 PM (Homes #5–#7)
Tickets: $5 per person (ages 12 and up). Please purchase tickets in advance through our Eventbrite page. Children under 12 may attend for free with an adult. All funds from ticket sales will be donated to a local veteran battling ALS.
What to Bring: Your Eventbrite e-ticket (mobile or printed), comfortable shoes (shoe covers will be provided at each home), and your curiosity! We also recommend a notepad or phone to jot down design ideas you love.
What to Expect
Etiquette: Please review our “Event Guidelines & Etiquette” prior to the event.
Refreshments: Enjoy light refreshments at every stop. We want you to feel welcome – grab a cold drink or a snack as you chat with us and explore each home.
Seven Remodeled Homes: A variety of projects showcasing master suite makeovers, kitchen remodels, additions, and outdoor living spaces. You’ll get a behind the scenes look at the design process for each home, and ideas for what’s possible in your own home.
Meet the Team: Our designers and project managers will be on site to answer questions. They love to talk about design solutions, materials, and the story behind each remodel. Feel free to ask about anything, from budgeting and timelines to how to get started on a project of your own.
Finale Gathering: At the last home, join us for a casual wrap-up celebration. This is a great time to mingle with fellow attendees, speak one-on-one with our remodeling experts, and wind down after an exciting tour. We’ll make sure you head home with plenty of inspiration for your next project.

2025 Parade Home Previews
The 2025 Parade of Homes features 7 remodeled homes, showcasing master suite makeovers, kitchen remodels, additions, decks, and outdoor living spaces.
Pullman Homes: Open 1PM to 3 PM
#1. Living Room & Home Office Remodel
A custom stone fireplace and modern stair upgrade gave this living room a craftsman-inspired centerpiece. Upstairs, a new enclosed office created a dedicated home office for the homeowners.
#2. Kitchen & Addition Remodel
A warm, light-filled kitchen remodel and addition created space for gathering, cooking, and connection. Mahogany details, a traditional Oonjal swing, and a new deck gave this home an entirely new feel.
#3. Master Suite & Bathroom Remodel
This remodel transformed an open storage room into a private master suite with a luxury bathroom and new custom closets. A cozy sitting room and office nook add both comfort and functionality to this quiet retreat.
#4. Kitchen Remodel
This 1990s kitchen was refreshed with clean lines, modern finishes, and brighter lighting to create a dramatic transformation. The new kitchen is bright, open, and easy to cook and host in.
Moscow Homes: Open 3:30 PM to 5 PM
#5. Spacious Kitchen Remodel
This kitchen remodel focused on comfort and value focused upgrades by refinishing cabinetry and improving insulation. New countertops, lighting, and hardware gave the space a fresh, modern feel while retaining the original layout.
#6. Family Focused Kitchen Remodel
This kitchen remodel opened up the space, brought lots of light into the room, and improved the traffic pattern through the home and kitchen.
#7. Award-Winning Kitchen & “Party Patio”
A modern craftsman kitchen addition and award-winning “Party Patio” turned this home into an entertainer’s dream. Indoors and out, every detail, from quartz counters to cedar sauna, was designed for beauty, comfort, and connection with guests and family.
